EZGO TXT Valor Basic Light Kit Installation Overview:
This basic TXT Valor light kit is straightforward to install, but there are several important steps to take note of.
- First, if you are not replacing existing lights, you will be required to cut into your golf cart’s body cowl to place and install the headlights and taillights. Templates are provided for both the headlights and tail lights. Witha bit of care and time, installation of these components should prove to be a simple process.
- Next, you must run the wiring harness through the body of your golf cart to the relevant connection points: headlights, taillights, power connection and the push/pull switch. See the diagram for an overview of the locations of these parts.
- In addition to cutting out the headlights and taillights and running the wiring harness, you will need to cut out a small hole in your dash for the placement and installation of the push/pull switch.
